Curriculum
- Our goal is to provide a safe learning environment for our students and introduce them to physical fitness and wellness concepts, as well as a wide variety of team sports, individual sports, and lifetime activities.
- We teach and implement a curriculum that meets the needs of all students, regardless of their background and ability level. We encourage all students to perform at their personal best. Lessons and activities are adapted so that every student is provided with an opportunity to participate.
- Our curriculum is fitness-based and incorporates Polar Gofit heart rate monitors on most fitness day workouts.
